                     W3 — June 29-July03, 2026
                     W4 — July 06-10, 2026
                     W5 — July 13-17, 2026
Time:            08:30 AM to 02:30 PM
Age Groups: Prek — Gr12
Food: Morning Snack - Lunch provided free

Early bird Offers — Till April 30th.

You can choose your weeks as required

Normal Pricing ₹25000- after April 30th, 2026.

Registration Deadline: May 31, 2026. (A minimum number of students will be needed for a camp to run; otherwise, the camp will be cancelled.)

Recreation Camp: The sign-up is for 5 classes in the day, which will have a mix of ART | STEM | SPORT from Mon-Fri 08:30 AM -2:30 PM
(e.g., 2 ART Classes,1 STEM class, and 1/2 Multi-Sport classes in any combination),
Weeks 1 and 2 will have swim classes.
(Grade groups are Prek3-Kg, Gr1-2, Gr2-3, Gr4 Upwards)

Terms and Conditions:
Full payment has to be made by April 25, 2026, to avail the Early Bird fees.
No refund for the Early Bird program after April 25, 2026

All cancellations will incur a processing fee of Rs. 2,000.
No refund for the regular registration after May 15, 2026.
Weeks/days are not transferable or adjustable.

Medical Release and Authorization

As Parent and/or Guardian of the named athlete, I hereby authorize the diagnosis and treatment by a qualified and licensed medical professional, of the minor child, in the event of a medical emergency, which in the opinion of the attending medical professional, requires immediate attention to prevent further endangerment of the minor’s life, physical disfigurement, physical impairment, or other undue pain, suffering or discomfort, if delayed.

Permission is hereby granted to the attending physician to proceed with any medical or minor surgical treatment, x-ray examination and immunizations for the named athlete. In the event of an emergency arising out of serious illness, the need for major surgery, or significant accidental injury, I understand that every attempt will be made by the attending physician to contact me in the most expeditious way possible. This authorization is granted only after a reasonable effort has been made to reach me.

Permission is also granted to the {Organization} . and its affiliates including Directors, Coaches, and Team Parents to provide the needed emergency treatment prior to the child’s admission to the medical facility.

Release authorized on the dates and/or duration of the registered season.

This release is authorized and executed of my own free will, with the sole purpose of authorizing medical treatment under emergency circumstances, for the protection of life and limb of the named minor child, in my absence.

Disclaimer:

By Signing up for the program, I understand that DreamCatchers staff and its hired instructors will provide supervision and every precaution will be taken for my child's safety. Further, I understand that should any accident occur, DreamCatchers staff and/or its instructors will not be held responsible for the same.

Photography: By registering my child in the DreamCatchers Recreation Camps, I give my consent for DreamCatchers will use my child’s photograph in program promotions, publicity, and on the website.

I understand that DreamCatchers and their staff shall not be held responsible for any articles lost or stolen.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against Dreamcatchers. including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, and owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.
