  • Membership Policy
    Eligibility and Admission of New Families
    Application Process: New families interested in joining COACH Rockwall must submit a complete application and payment along with all requested documentation. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

    Review and Decision: The COACH Rockwall team will review each application thoroughly and conduct reference checks. COACH Rockwall reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.

    Waitlist: If no openings are available at the time of application, families may be placed on a waitlist.  They may also join our activities only option.


    Attendance and Participation Requirements
    Attendance Policy: All students, teachers, and parents involved in COACH Rockwall are required to maintain a minimum attendance rate of 85%. This policy is crucial for ensuring consistent educational progress and community involvement.


    Background Checks
    Safety Measures: COACH requires background checks of both parents/guardians to ensure the safety and integrity of the community. This is a mandatory part of maintaining a secure educational environment.  The background checks shall be completed timely and are paid for by the applicants.
