In the event of any damage, theft, or total loss to the vehicle, the Renter is liable to pay the full cost of damage to the vehicle, including loss of of use as determined by Mega Suria Car Rental Sabah & Tours.
The vehicle must be pickep up and returned according to the date and placed that already be confirmed from the Renter and MegaSuria Car Rental Sabah & Tours admin.The delivery and collection charges are calculated based on distance and timing. Please enquire with our admin before confirmation of booking.
The Renter shall return the vehicle or replacement vehicle with the same level fuel as when picked up.
For a replacement vehicle the renter should contact MegaSuria Car Rental Sabah & Tours admin.
