Crawfordsville CCT Show OUTDOOR VENDOR Info & Application
  • OUTDOOR VENDOR INFO/RESERVATION

    Please read before sending in your application.
    • Vendors are responsible for all applicable local and state taxes.
    • Vendor spaces are first come, first serve, no assigned spaces
    • Booth spaces $25 ea 15’x12’ NO TABLES ARE PROVIDED. Vendors must bring their own tables/shelves/displays NO ITEMS/DISPLAYS WILL ENCROACH ON TRAFFIC FLOW OR NEIGHBORING VENDORS SPACE
    • Payment will be taken the day of the event. In Cash! $5 FEE for credit card/Paypal/Venmo
    • This is a family friendly event. No inappropriate items are to be displayed or sold! No inappropriate behavior, language or conduct will be tolerated. No use of alcohol, tobacco or vaping is allowed on the premises.
    • Vendors are asked to set up and maintain their spaces in a presentable manor throughout the entire show day.
    • We ask that NO vendors start to tear down before 3 pm, unless other arrangements have been made with the coordinator, before the show.
    • All vendors are responsible for their own belongings and merchandise. If anything is broken or stolen while on the property, the CCT Show will not be held responsible. We will do everything we can to prevent this from happening. Vendors will not hold CCT Show responsible for accidents or injuries that could occur on the premises.
    • Vendors are responsible for the unloading and loading of all their merchandise and belongings. Parking near the outdoor buildings for load in/load out is allowed. Once you are unloaded, you need to move your vehicle to the west lot, behind the big buildings.
    • NO OUTDOOR SET UP on Friday evening before the show
    • OUTDOOR SET UP is available starting at 7am on the day of the show. The show opens at 10am. We ask that all outdoor vendors arrive before 9am to secure their space and have time to unload and move their vehicles. NO LATE ARRIVALS! If you arrive after 9:00am, you may be asked to leave and will not be able to get a space for future shows.
    • NO SHOW RESERVATIONS: If you apply to be a vendor in the outdoor spaces, and you do not show up, you will not get approved for a future event.
    • IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER: CCT Show will cancel the outdoor vendor space if bad weather is expected most of the day. If CCT Show does not cancel, but vendors choose not to set up due to possible weather, you will need to contact CCT Show by email or message on Facebook BEFORE THE SHOW (before 6am on day of show) and let us know you are not coming.
    • Payment of your space will be your acknowledgment and agreement to all show information and rules.
