What We Offer
Practice Space
Our studio includes basic essential gear such as a drum kit shell (excluding snare and cymbals), speakers, mixer, and microphones to support your practice or recording session. Bands are encouraged to bring their own amplifiers for a personalized setup. Please note: Studio Etc. does not provide a snare drum or cymbals – drummers must bring their own.
Podcast Recording Space
Whether you're just starting out or continuing a series, our studio provides a soundproof space suitable for clear audio recording in a focused environment.
Studio Practice Room Rental - Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
Payment is accepted via cash or card.
Cancellations within 30 minutes of the session start time receive no refund; Cancellations at least 5 hours in advance receive a 50% refund.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
3. Studio Use & Equipment
No food allowed in the studio.
Keep noise levels reasonable, especially late at night.
Return all equipment to its original place.
Renters are responsible for any damage and must replace any damaged or missing equipment.
4. Conduct & Safety
No smoking, drugs, or alcohol on the premises.
Respect staff, studio rules, and other renters.
Disruptive behavior may result in immediate session termination with no refund.
The studio is not liable for injuries, lost, or damaged personal property.
5. Agreement & Termination
The studio may update terms at any time; renters will be notified.
Violating these terms may lead to session termination without a refund.
