Required Information Checklist

To complete your application, you must include the following materials. These will be submitted through the appropriate upload fields later in the form:
- Budget form (all amounts in Canadian dollars). Use the template provided at the top of this form.
- Resume with production credits.
- Samples of promotional material (if applicable).
- Copy of letter(s) confirming registration or invitation to the event.
- Copy of letter(s) from any other funder(s), if applicable.
- Administration fee: $50.00.
- For emerging producers only: A Letter of support from your mentor producer.
