Attention Conference participants:

Before submitting entries for the National Youth Leadership Conference, please review the following information:

Conference details

Dates: July 15-17, 2026

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Entry deadline: June 16, 2026

Entry Information:

Youth ages 14-21 are eligible to attend the National Youth Leadership Conference.

Registration fee is $250 per youth participants

All attendees and participants must pay via the entry form

Adult participation information:

Adult registration will be $300. This fee will include hotel room for Wednesday night and Thursday night as well as meals for those days.

Hotel rooms will be assigned by NSR staff with other adult participants

If you would like your own hotel room for the event, please email Carin Vickrey at carinv@nationalswine.com

If you choose this option, you will be charged the cost of your hotel room at the end of the event.

Hotel Information:

The NJSA is only responsible for boarding costs Wednesday and Thursday.

NSR Staff will make all rooming reservations as well as a rooming list in a cost efficient manner. All NYLC participants will room with other participants.

*NSR will initially cover the cost and send an invoice after the date for the expense*

Requirements for travel scholarship to be used towards the cost of attending NYLC

Ten (10) $200 travel scholarships will be awarded

1. Must be attending NYLC for the first time

2. Must utilize money to travel to NYLC in 2026

3. Must be 14-21 years of age

4. Must be an NJSA member
