In this regard, the 2025 Tom Osborne Rink Hockey Invitational mandates that all players in all age groups, are required to wear protective helmets during games and practices. We recommend HECC Certified Helmets. If needed, Pepsi Roller Sports Arena has a limited supply of helmets available for use on a per game basis.
