Waiver and Release of Liability:

I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the "Step Up! Drink Up!" community walk ("Event") hosted by Project Healthy Steelton. I understand that participating in this Event involves walking and physical activity that may pose a risk of injuries, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

I hereby agree to assume all risks of injury, illnesses, or other medical conditions that might arise as a result of my participation in this Event. I agree to waive, release, and discharge Project Healthy Steelton, the Borough of Steelton, and any affiliates, directors, officers, volunteers, employees, and agents from any and all claims for injury, death, loss, or damage that I may have or which may accrue to me arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with this Event.

Photo Disclosure and Release:

I understand that photographs and/or videos may be taken during the Event. I agree to grant Project Healthy Steelton the right to use my image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or any other consideration.
