  • Welcome to the 2025 IFAJ World Congress of Agricultural Journalists registration. We are excited to welcome you to Nairobi, Kenya!

    It is highly recommended to complete the registration form by computer rather than a mobile device.

    Note: All registration prices are listed in US dollars (USD). The congress registration fee is USD700 excluding bank charges, accommodation and airfare.

    To register, you must be an IFAJ member unless you are a partner, family member, or colleague of a registrant or sponsor. Please contact the registration team at info@meshascience.org for more information on becoming a member before completing this form.

  • Please note that you will NOT be able to make changes to the form after submission. We strongly encourage you to save the confirmation email sent to you, which includes all your registration information.     Each registration form is for one person. If you are traveling with another person(s), they must each fill out a separate form.

    • Certain congress tour days do not include dinner, allowing you to choose where to have meals.
    • Information on the Congress can change at any time.
    • After registering, the Congress Director shall issue you with an invoice within 24hours
    • Once you make payment, please email your proof of payment to the Congress Director at info@meshascience.org
    • The Congress Director will then email you a visa form.
    • The registration fee is non-refundable.

      • A designated custom –made booth size 3m x 3m
      • Requisite furniture (table, chairs, signage)
      • Standard branding - Organisation logo and short profile (one thousand words) on the MESHA website. 
      • Cost of booth USD 1000 inclusive of VAT, besides all booth attendants will pay registration of USD400 per attendant and will be legible to attend all the sessions.
      • Spaces are limited and will be allocated on first come, first served basis.

    • Legalities

      Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.

      It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the 2025 IFAJ world congress and book your travel, you take out an insurance policy of your choice.


      The policy should include:

      • Loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation at the congress, pre- and post-congress tours or through cancellation of the congress;
      • Loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason;
      • Loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason, including airline or related services strikes within Kenya;
      • Failure to utilize tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay
      • Force Majeure or any other reason
      • Medical expenses including sickness and accident coverage; and,
      • Loss or damage to personnel's property, additional expenses and repatriation should have travel arrangements to be altered.


      IFAJ 2025 world congress organizers will not take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. 

      This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
