NOAC transportation

Greetings, we are so glad you plan to go along on the bus to NOAC 2025 with the Western Plains District.

IMPORTANT: If you haven't yet registered for the NOAC conference, please visit www.brethren.org/noac to complete your registration. Your bus registration does not include your NOAC registration.

The bus leaves from McPherson, KS, Sunday, August 31 with a Sunday night stay in a motel and arrives at the conference on Monday, September 1. After the conference is over, the return trip includes another overnight stay, and arrives in McPherson on Saturday, September 6. Cost for the bus trip including bus travel and two nights at a motel is $450 per person. Motel accomodations are based on double occupancy.

You may also ride the bus one-way, coming or going. Cost is $225.

To hold a spot on the bus a deposit of $100 per person is required, which is refundable until July 1 ($100 applies for both round trip and one way).

Final round trip payment of $350 is payable by July 18.

Final one-way trip payment of $125 is payable by July 18.

Priority will be given to round-trip riders, but all riders should register to let us know your interest in joining the trip.

A deposit or full-payment is required for your bus registration to be finalized. You may use the link on the form to pay electronically through Square. Note that if you choose to pay through Square, there will be a 2.9% plus twenty cents transaction fee added to your payments.

Or, you can mail a check written to the Western Plains District to The Cedars, C/O Monica Frye, 1021 Cedars Dr, McPherson, KS 67460. There are no processing fees for check payments.
