  • CLUB RENTAL APPLICATION and AGREEMENT

  • The Lyceum Club of Tarrytown space is available to rent for birthday parties, team-building events, non- profit fundraisers, and more.

    The Club space is available in time blocks of up to 5 hours.

    **Please note, Gym rooms and Kitchen are not included in rentals.

  • **NON-MEMBER APPLICANTS: a Club Member must "sponsor" and be on-site during the event. Please indicate the Referring member's information below.

  • RENTAL RATES (payable upon submission of application):

    • Non-Members: $1,500 for rental, plus $200 security deposit
    • Lyceum Club Members in good standing: $600 for rental; security deposit waived

    RENTAL APPROVAL PROCESS:

    1. Rental application, agreement and payments are submitted through Lyceum Club's website.
    2. If APPROVED, the event will be published to the Lyceum Club's website calendar; Rental Director will follow up with communication within 1-2 weeks of the event.
    3. If DENIED, Rental Director will reach out within 30 days of submission. Fees will be refunded via paper check mailed to applicant's address.

  • ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: 

    Please read and INITIAL each statement below to confirm your understanding and acceptance of the Lyceum Club rental policies as listed below.

  • LYCEUM CLUB POST-EVENT CLEANING PROCEDURES:

    • Return all tables, chairs and other furniture back to their original locations
    • Mop and vacuum floors
    • Wipe down all used countertops/tables/surfaces with cleaning solution; no bleach cleaners on wood furnishings
    • Clean the bathroom sink, toilet and floors with appropriate cleaners.
    • Bag and tie up all trash and place in the hallway adjacent to the Kitchen.
    • Sort all recyclables glass, cans, cardboard/paper and place in the blue bins or in bags next to the trash in the hallway adjacent to the Kitchen.

    **Cleaning supplies are supplied by the Club.
