    YARDI-BOMA Sustainability Grant

    The grant is awarded to a select group of recipients who are emerging or veteran professionals working in sustainability to attend the 2025 BOMA International Conference & Expo in Boston, MA. The grant covers registration plus up to $1,000 to be used toward reimbursement of other associated costs (travel, hotel, food, etc.). Grant recipients will also be paired with an industry sustainability mentor and attend a special breakfast session in their honor in addition to the full conference registration. Applications are due May 19th, 2025.
  • Eligibility

    There is no age or experience limit, however you cannot have attended the BOMA Annual Conference in the past. Eligible recipients will be current sustainability professionals or students with an interest in bringing their sustainability-minded goals and ideas to the commercial real estate industry to forward BOMA’s long term objectives of energy efficiency and environmental stewardship. You do not have to be a BOMA member to be considered.
  • Other Important Information

    Applications are due May 19th, 2025. Winners are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. The $1,000 stipend will be reimbursed as expenses occur and are submitted. Winners are required to attend the entire conference, June 28-July 1, provide feedback to conference organizers on your experience, and share a testimonial that can be used to promote future conferences. Winners may also be asked to aid in recruiting the next year’s class of grant applicants. *Does not include free TOBY gala ticket.
