Quick check in to perform weekly on Merlo Zoom Boom, please always refer to the hard copy manuals inside the Zoom Boom cab. These manuals also have images of specific checks.

Temperatures below -20 C need a longer warmup period, temperatures about 40 C need cool down periods (turn off the machine) throughout the day. Maximum allowable wind conditions for safe operation: 12.5 m/s (45 km/hr).

For 100 and 200hr maintenance, please refer to the Operation Familiarization Manual pg 57.
