  • We currently have a limited number of recently remodeled therapy rooms available for rental opportunities.

    Select rooms are available for those wishing to have a personal dedicated space with a monthly rental option. Monthly Rates are $300, $325, $375 or $400. 

    We also have a limited number of therapy rooms set aside for daily rental based on schedule availability. Daily rates are $37, $42 or $47.

  • Rental Requirements

  • We will need a copy of your license and active insurance. We will show you how to link our email to your credentials so it will send over updated licenses and insurance each year. Are you comfortable with that requirement?*
  • We expect tenants to clean their rooms, including floors, sinks, dusting and emptying garbage cans. We have a vacuum available. Are you comfortable with that requirement?*
  • We expect tenants to inform us on anything broken that needs fixed or updated. Are you comfortable with that requirement?*
  • We expect all tenants to turn off anything that could cause a fire and avoid open flames unless discussed with Tami or Peggy. Are you comfortable with that requirement?*
  • We expect all therapist to be kind and respectful of each other. We would like to know about any discrepancies asap so it can be delt with promptly. Are you comfortable with that requirement?*

  • Amenities included with rental agreement: Washer/dryer access, waiting room area, kitchen/breakroom, Wi-Fi access, restrooms, backroom storage and sinks in every room. Massage tables included in daily rental rooms.

  • Should be Empty:
