  • Participation Options

    Choose either a Turnkey Booth Package or Space Only option and enter your desired booth size. Price includes reimbursement for space rental paid to organizer on Exhibitor's behalf.

    All participation options require an Organizer Mandatory Promotion Package fee of €135.

    Turnkey Booth Packages:

    Includes a fully furnished turnkey booth, with the items listed in the description. Also includes daily cleaning throughout the show and access to all Pavilion services.

    Space Only Participation:

    The Pavilion Space Only participation option includes access to all USA Pavilion services.

    Space Only Exhibitors who choose their own contractor for booth construction within the USA Pavilion must submit specifications, including floor plan and renderings, to B-FOR for approval at least 45 days before opening day.

    Please note: The Pavilion Space Only participation option does not include cleaning before and during the show, fees associated with electrical consumption and hookups, security, fire extinguisher installation fees, nor does it cover other fees levied by the show organizer unless specifically stated in the submitted registration.

        • Corner Location

          Please indicate your desired number of corners. There is a 10% premium per requested corner. Because of the limited number of corner locations, all corner requests may not be honored.

          Corner locations are only available for Turnkey Booth and Space Only Exhibitors.

        • Mandatory Organizer Fees

          An organizer mandated Promotion Package fee will be charged for each Exhibitor and Co-Exhibiting Company/Organization.

          Selecting an option below is required before the order can be processed.

        • USDA Endorsed USA Pavilion Eligibility

          All companies exhibiting in the USA Pavilion at a USDA-endorsed show must promote and display a majority of U.S. agricultural or U.S. food products.  An agricultural or food product shall be considered to be U.S. origin if it is comprised of at least 50 percent by weight, exclusive of added water, of agricultural commodities grown or raised in the United States.

        • Co-Exhibitor Fee

          Each registered Co-Exhibitor in the USA Pavilion will incur a Co-Exhibitor Fee of €280.

          Only registered Exhibitors and Co-Exhibitors will be listed in Show Directories and have access to the Pavilion services.

        • Terms and Conditions

          If, for any reason, Exhibitor cancels participation, and a written notice is received by B-FOR by September 1, 2025, a cancellation fee of €750 will be incurred. If written notice is received by November 15, 2025, a cancellation fee of 50% will be incurred. After this date no refunds will be made and Exhibitor is bound to pay 100% of all fees paid and due. Any reduction in exhibit space or category after an Application has been submitted will be treated as a cancellation.

        • Should be Empty:
