CAIR-LA is thrilled to invite you to submit your film for 2nd Annual Social Justice Film Screening, an event dedicated to highlighting the transformative power of film in addressing and advancing social justice issues.

Submission Details:

Eligibility: Films directed by youth (ages 13-33).

Themes: Justice: Through the Lens of Faith

Islamic Anchor (Required): Your film must be rooted in Islamic values. Include a Qur'anic verse or hadith that inspired your work, and briefly explain how it shapes the story or message of your film. We've attached some for your convenience but you may choose any Hadith/Quranic Verse that speaks to the theme of Justice.

Screening: TBA

Deadline: December 31st, 2025 by 11:59pm. We do not accept late submissions.

Cash Prize: 1st Place = $1500 | 2nd Place = $1000 | 3rd Place = $500
