Commercial burn operations of vegetative material or burn operations conducted for the purpose of land clearing using an air curtain destructor provided the following conditions are met:

1. The location of the air curtain destructor is at least 300 ft from any structure.
2. Only wood waste consisting of trees, logs, large brush, and stumps, which are
relatively free of soil, are burned in the air curtain destructor.
3. The air curtain destructor is constructed, installed, and operated in a manner
consistent with Georgia EPD requirements and good air pollution control practice for
minimizing missions of fly ash and smoke.
4. Must get authorization from the fire department each day prior to starting of burn operations for that day.
