Instructions:

A THUD camp may occur between Memorial Day to July 19th. The camp is a school specific period for all levels (varsity, JV, sophomore, freshman). It must be the same week for all levels.
Schools may do Padded camp or a THUD camp, but not both.

The Camp period must be decalred through this form by the Friday prior to Memorial Day. If you do not participate in a THUD camp you must still declaer that through this form.
