  • 2025/26 WILD TENDERS APPLICATION

  • Thanks for taking the time to fill out this application! Part A asks about contact and program information. Part B asks some short answer questions so we can get to know your child and your family a bit better. If you have any questions, please contact youthprograms@weavingearth.org.

  • PART A

    Contact and Program Information
  • I. CONTACT INFORMATION

  • II. WHO ARE YOU APPLYING FOR?

REMINDER: IF you are applying for multiple children, we need a separate application for each child.
  • III. PROGRAM INFORMATION

  • REMINDER: For youth who are on the cusp of these age groups (6-turning-7 or 10-turning-11, e.g.), we like to have a conversation with the parents to decide whether the younger or older group is a better fit.

  • IV. TUITION

  • V. SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

Your response to the following questions is optional, but it does help us determine what to offer based on your family's situation. We use statistics from the Department of Housing and Urban Development as well as Sonoma County median income data to do our calculations. If you prefer not to answer the following questions, we will contact you directly to discuss next steps.
  • PART B

    Short Answer Questions
  • I. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR CHILD

Thank you in advance for taking the time to answer the following questions as thoroughly as you can. Your responses are invaluable! They will help us get to know your child as we review your application, and we often refer back to these answers during the year together. Even if you've done Wild Tenders before, we know that your children are evolving and maturing as they age. We'd like to know who they are now :)
  • II. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR FAMILY
