Brampton Library welcomes not-for-profit community organizations into our branches to spread the word about their valuable services in a new setting. If you are part of a recognized organization and would like to set up an information table in one or more of our spaces, please fill out the form below. My organization agrees to the following:
Promotion of services should happen at the community desk only. Organizations should not approach customers throughout the branch. Monetary transactions should not occur without prior approval from the library Branch Manager.
In the interest of providing the most trusted information to our community, only recognized organizations will be considered. They must agree to provide only information within their speciality.
Organizations must abide by Brampton Library policies at all times while on premises.
Brampton Library may promote your visit to our members. Organizations should do their utmost to fulfill their commitment by arriving early and staying for their agreed upon timeframe. They will cancel only if absolutely necessary by reaching out to their contact as early as possible.
Brampton Library is a unionized environment. Please ensure that any library-related questions are transferred to our staff at the service desk.
