Car Show Registration, The Model Train Show at Clark Gardens

Saturday – August, 30, 2025 • 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. • Registration fee $15

Clark Gardens Car Show will take place on Saturday, August 30th, 2025, from 10am to 2pm. This car show is part of the Model Train Show event at Clark Gardens.

Enjoy the day by viewing an impressive display from train clubs, North Texas Garden Railroad Club (G Gauge) and North Texas T Trak (N Scale) enjoy a fantastic variety of food trucks to satisfy your appetite. There's also face painting, trackless train rides, botiques, and fun for the whole family!

This car show will be recognized throughout some of Clark Gardens’ advertising. We ask that you use your online presence to help promote this event. Thank you for helping support your local 501(c)3 non-profit botanical park.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Pre-registered vehicles only

• Vehicles will be setup and ready for the show by 9:50 a.m. and remain on display until 2:00 p.m.

• Please keep in mind that Clark Gardens is promoting this car show to the general public with the specific show times of 10am-2pm.

• Public Voted Awards - Peoples Choice

• Judged Awards- Best Original, Best Restoration

• Absolutely no driving vehicles through the garden areas. Once show vehicles arrive, they are to remain in the designated show area.

• Clark Gardens and its affiliates have permission to use any photos taken.

• There will be no rescheduling of this event. Only possibility of cancellation would be due to severe weather (severe thunderstorms, tornados, or hail).

• This is an outdoor event. Feel free to bring pop up tents (keep in mind how to secure these items, so not to blow in the wind). Each vehicle is only designated one parking spot, so please make sure to be kind neighbors and not encroach into other’s space.

• Clark Gardens has the right to require any material possibly seen as profane, threatening, or unsafe to be immediately taken down or removed off of Clark Gardens’ property. This will be a nonnegotiable topic. All Clark Gardens staff has the right to determine what is profane, threatening, or unsafe.

• Return of this completed and signed registration form to Clark Gardens will be taken as your commitment to participate in the Saturday, August 30th, 2025, 10am to 2pm car show – an old fashion hand shake, if you will.

• Keep in mind there are limited show spots and that this event is being promoted to the general public.

• Each Registrant Name (1 per form) will receive two complimentary admission passes into Clark Gardens, to be used on August 30th, 2025.

• Additional attendees with the car registrant will need to pay general admissions. $10 Adults, $8 Seniors (65+), & $5 Children (4-12)

Due to this being a festival day no AHS reciprocal admission passes nor complimentary passes (besides those specifically designed for registrants) will not be accepted on 8/30/2025 

Clark Gardens or any persons affiliated with Clark Gardens will not be responsible for any damage to vehicles at the car show as well as injury to registrants or guests attending alongside registrants.
