The LPOA Mission Statement
The Mission of the Lakeside Property Owners Association, an independent volunteer organization, is to LISTEN to property owner concerns, promote and discuss issues of interest and importance to them, and advocate to the Lakeside Association on behalf of property owners concerning all things Lakeside; PRESERVE the Lakeside heritage including the character of our structures and neighborhoods and PROTECT the interests of property owners in that heritage; ORGANIZE property owner meetings and events to build upon the Four Pillars of the Chautauqua community, where issues of interest can be discussed; ADVOCATE Lakeside Chautauqua, through activities and actions of the LPOA, as a welcoming destination for property owners, visitors and vacationers.
