Class Description
Level 1: The class will work on back walkovers and its variations (i.e. Switch leg BWO, BWO multiples, etc.) focusing on proper technique and timing. No pre-requisite skill is required for this class.
Level 2: The class will work on standing and running back handsprings and combination skills (i.e. BWO BHS, RO BHS multiples, etc.) Athletes must have a controlled double back walkover on the floor to attend this class.
Level 3: The class will work on standing back handspring multiples and running tumbling focused on tucks and up. Athletes must have round off BHS multiples and standing BHS multiples to attend this class.
