Agreement Terms: By signing this contract, I, the parent/guardian of the above-named athlete, agree to the following terms regarding registration fees for the Rodriguez Jr. Mustangs Football & Cheer 2025 Season:

1. Total Registration Fee: $375 A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $150 is required to secure an athlete's spot on the roster.

The remaining balance of $225 must be paid in full by July 1st, 2025.

If I choose the payment plan, I acknowledge that I am 100% committed to my athlete's participation in Rodriguez Jr. Mustangs Football or Cheer for the 2025 season. I understand that by electing the payment plan, I fully agree to all Rodriguez Jr. Mustangs policies, protocols, and requirements. Non-Refundable Deposit: I acknowledge that the $150 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal from the program, injury, relocation, or disciplinary action. 4. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Zelle to: rodriguezjrmustangsfootball@gmail.com Other payment methods may be available upon request. 5. Late or Incomplete Payments: I understand that if the full payment of $375 is not received by July 1st, 2025, my athlete may be removed from the roster, and their spot may be given to another participant. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial payments.

 

6. Commitment to Participation: I understand that once payments are made, my athlete is fully committed to playing for Rodriguez Jr. Mustangs Football & Cheer for the 2025 season. Failure to attend practices, games, or team activities does not absolve financial responsibility. 7.
