THPRD Requirements

You need to fill this out only if you live within the THPRD boundary
This page contains information that will be shared with THPRD as part of our affiliation requirements. THPRD charges $25 per person for players living outside of the district or not providing this information, and PMOCL could pass on that charge from each player to the team. If you live within the THPRD boundary and would prefer not to be charged the additional $25, then you are required to enter all the details below correctly. THPRD verifies the information entered and charges $25 per person for incorrect information. Not having a THPRD ID could potentially result in denial of access to the THPRD batting cage and might also affect your team's access to it. For those of you living outside the THPRD boundary, you can obtain a THPRD ID by visiting their office.

PMOCC Playing Rules

All parties (players, umpires) involved must cooperate and help enforce these rules for the well-being of all involved.

The PMOCC Management reserves the right to suspend or cancel the playing season at any time if and when it is determined by them that such measures are required by State or Federal Law or when conditions become too unsafe to continue the season.

This document will be sent out to all captains, and it is their responsibility to ensure that each player has read and understood this document BEFORE he/she signs it.

Violations of these rules may result in an individual player’s or an entire team's suspension or expulsion from the PMOCC, without a refund of their league dues. A team captain will be always held primarily responsible for any such violations committed by teammates.

Captains may also be penalized by PMOCC Board for violations committed by their players if such penalties are deemed warranted by the PMOCC management and resolution committees. If there are any previous season peanlties pending resolve, that individual/team must get approval from the Board before forming their own team or participating under any other team name.

I understand that failure to comply with these policies may result in penalties or disqualification from the league.
