Northumberland Scouts Top Awards Submission Form
18TH DECEMBER 2025 - Please note that badges will not be sent out until the first week of January 2026.

All names submitted through this form will be added to the invitation list for the upcoming Top Awards presentation (2026, exact date TBD). Each participant will receive a certificate of achievement, along with any additional items associated with their specific award.

Update – September 2025

Going forward, this form now supports a one-name-per-submission format. You can submit as many names as needed, with the option to loop back to the start upon submission. The form will retain details (such as your name and address) between submissions, per session.

Each participant is automatically assigned a unique ID upon submission, which will be used to streamline the booking process once the Event registration page goes live.

In order for County Office to generate a DofE certificate, participants must have completed their DofE Award and had it signed off on their eDofE profile. Participants should have finished their Award before you submit them via this form, please do not submit them before then.

CERTIFICATE EDIT
We no longer require Leaders to submit DofE participants for the Top Awards presentation. All Explorers who achieve an Award will be added to the invite list automatically.

If you wish to request certificates to present at a local level, please email County Office at adam.patterson@northumberlandscouts.org.uk
Certificates produced by County Office will be presented at the next Top Awards presentation. If you request to present your certificates locally, but still wish for your young people to attend the Top Awards event, they should bring their certificates with them on the day or we will have nothing to present them with.

Please note that certificates for Gold Awards are handled by the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, not County Office. At the event, recipients will be presented with a Northumberland Scouts certificate of Achievement.
