All names submitted through this form will be added to the invitation list for the next Top Awards presentation (TBD Spring 2027). This form should only be completed by Group Lead Volunteers or Section Team Members, not parents.
This form now operates on a one-name-per-submission format. You can submit as many names as needed, with the option to loop back to the start upon submission. The form will retain details (such as your name and address) between submissions, per session.
Each participant is automatically assigned a unique ID upon submission, which will be used to streamline the booking process once the Event registration page goes live.
Please note that as of March 2025, County will no longer provide Young Leader Belts for Young People. Groups must arrange to provide these at a local level.
Young People will still be presented with their certificate at the Top Awards Presentation.
We no longer require Leaders to submit DofE participants for the Top Awards presentation. All Explorers who achieve an Award will be added to the invite list automatically.
