To sign up for a new membership or renew your EAD membership for the period of September 1, 2025 – August 31, 2026, please ensure all questions are fully completed before submitting this form.

How to Pay for Your Membership via Cash or Cheque

Important:

Envelopes holding cash or cheques must be clearly labeled “EAD Membership”
Cheques should also include “EAD Membership” in the memo line.

EAD Volunteer Registration Form

As outlined in our EAD Bylaws: Every member is encouraged to volunteer at least once a year.

Volunteering is a valuable way to support our programs, give back to the community, and help maintain EAD activities and the Community Centre. This can be as simple as helping with one bingo shift or one event during the year. You may also choose to assist at other activities, join a committee, or serve on the Board of Directors. Every contribution makes a difference.
