Welcome to the Delegate Registration Portal, below you will fill in your information first and then the information of any person/s accompanying you.
Additionally, you will book your accommodation option. We have 4 accommodation levels to choose from and the prices are for the dates of 10th - 14th October 2025. If you would like accommodation for additional nights, please indicate that in the appropriate section.
Delegate Price: EUR260 (This is an all-inclusive ticket price for Delegates to attend all activities as per the General Assembly Programme(excluding bus from OR Tambo Airport or King Shaka Airport - Only Shuttle from PMB Airport Included))
Guest Price: EUR190 (This ticket includes meals, transport (excluding bus from OR Tambo Airport or King Shaka Airport- Only Shuttle from PMB Airport Included), tour of Ardmore, Visit to Nelson Mandela Capture Site, SAWHS Exhibition. Guests are able to attend Seminars Sessions if they would like at no extra cost. Excludes Gala Dinner, and General Assembly). Additional activities have been arranged for Delegate guests to book - these can be booked via this Registration Portal.
- The registration portal is strictly for international members of the WBFSH, i.e., Individuals that reside in countries outside South Africa (RSA).
- The portal will close on 29 August 2025
- No late or in-person registrations will be accepted
- Partial refunds of 40% will be processed should the request be received before 13 July 2025
- No refunds are provided after 13 July 2025, however you may transfer your registration to another individual up to the 29 August 2025
- Each completed registration can accept multiple individuals, however only 1 invoice will be issued
- Payment is required 5 business days after the invoice is issued, should the invoice go unpaid the attendees will be de-registered and have to re-do the registration process.
- Person(s) under the age of 18 years old are prohibited from attending the Gala Dinner, alternative arrangements can be made.
- A secondary link will be provided for all flights and bolt-on tours
- There is Limited capacity available for the General Assembly and Accommodation. Once the maximum number of registrations has been reached, no other registrations will be possible.
