All applications are subject to approval from the Teebar Show & Sports Association. Successful applicants will be advised by email.

SITE DETAILS

Stallholders must supply own equipment and all electrical equipment must be tested and tagged with a current tag. Powerboards must have safety cut-out switches.

All stall site money must be paid to Teebar Show and Sports by 17th May 2026.

INSURANCE
Stallholders must provide proof of a Public Liability Insurance Policy. A Certificate of Currency or Schedule of Insurance must be provided within 14 days of application.

HEALTH LICENCE – Food Vendors Only
Please provide your current Council Food Hygiene Licence Number. A copy must be submitted within 30 days of this application and displayed on site at the event.
