Looking for another way to win some prizes and help out? Sell tickets for $1 and the more you sell, the more prizes earned. All totals must be turned in by May 20th to ensure prizes. No prizes will be given unless funds are turned in by the end of registration time day of pageant or before. Funds must be turned in by May 20th unless you have made arrangements with me. No Refunds: No entry fees will be refunded for any reason. This is a fundraiser and donations are made directly both organizations.

Attire: This is a semi glitz pageant. Flippers, hair pieces, spray tan, nails, etc., are allowed but need to look age appropriate.

Backstage: One person per contestant is allowed backstage. Please no men backstage.

Age Division: 30 Day Fallback.

There must be at least 1 contestant per age division or that division will be closed or combined with the next age division so that the girls are able to compete.

ADMISSION – $10 per person. One person per contestant free. Children under 2 are free.

ALL judge’s decisions are final and will not be disputed. The Pageant Committee, Directors, Facility and festival committee members are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items or for any accident or injury incurred at the pageant or in travel to and from the pageant. I certify that I will conduct myself in a positive sportsmanlike manner. Any unsportsmanlike manner from me or from anyone that is here to cheer me on will be escorted off the premises and will not be allowed to return.

By my signature below, I attest that I have read, understood, and accepted the rules for participation in the Double Header Benefit pageant. I fully understand that neither the directors, Pageant with Purpose representatives, nor 4th of July Commitee representatives will be held responsible for any stolen property, accidents, or damages during, in transit to or from this event, or while representing Miss Independence or Miss Hope.We encourage positive comments to and from the contestants and their guests. We encourage good sportsmanship by all contestants and their guests. We feel that every contestant is a winner, however only one winner will be chosen per category.
