Dear NSSNA Partners, Sponsors, & Donors,

We are excited to connect with you as a future partner, sponsor, or donor of the Nebraska State Student Nurses Association. We are a non-profit, student led group that makes up a community of passionate and dedicated individuals who are driven to make a difference in the nursing profession. We are united in our mission to create a supportive and inspiring environment for student nurses, fostering growth and excellence in the healthcare industry.

We will be having the 73rd Nebraska State Student Nurses Association (NSSNA) Annual State Convention in February 2026. The upcoming convention will be held in person at Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska. At this time, we are excited to be looking for Partners, Sponsors, and Donors for our state student nurses convention and throughout the year.

We are super excited to correspond with you to create unique opportunities for our members. At our convention, we will have tables for our members to engage with throughout the convention. There will be a career and education fair for our members to attend and network with future employers or be presented with opportunities to further their education. There are also several opportunities for sponsorship and/or donations available including: sponsoring awards, scholarships, speakers, and door/conference prizes. Other offers for involvement are open for discussion; please feel free to share any ideas that may enhance the 2026 NSSNA State Convention. Your business is invited to purchase an advertising space in the 2026 convention booklet. The prices and levels of involvement are attached in the following paperwork. Depending on the involvement, more perks are included with the level you choose.

If you choose to participate in advertisement or select a level of participation that includes advertisement, we ask that your business provide a copy of the ad you would like to appear in the booklet. Please make sure it is photocopy ready, all ads will be available in color, and a photo via email in pdf format is preferred. Enclosed is a contract with the specifications for exhibiting and advertising.

If you choose to become a partner, sponsor, donor, or exhibitor of the Nebraska State Student Nurses Association, we graciously thank you now for your contribution, involvement, and participation. Part of the enclosed documents includes involvement levels for throughout the year and/or at the state convention. Partners & Partnerships:

• This is an opportunity to partner with the NSSNA to provide opportunities to members such as job shadowing, facility tours, lunch and learns, etc. Each level of partnership comes with certain involvement and form of advertisement. The convention booklet will include your advertisement and partnership level stated. All advertisements and company logos will be full color or black and white and must be received READY to place into the convention booklet. Via email and pdf format is preferred. All levels of partnership will be announced at convention and printed on a dedicated page. With the generosity of your partnership and contributions, we are able to continue to provide an educational and worthwhile year and convention for all!
• Partnerships will be collaborated with the NSSNA Executive Board & your company/organization. Becoming a partner of the NSSNA will include a variety of the options below:
  • Guaranteed Inclusions:
    • Company logo presented on the website in the partner’s section
    • Company logo presented on convention merchandise
    • Company logo & advertisement presented on convention booklet
    • Advertisement will be ½ a page, unless partner includes 3 or more from section B.2 and then will get a full page of advertisement
    • Priority choice of attending the State Convention Career Fair
    • A 3 - 5 minute ad/video advertisement that will be shown during the convention at the beginning
    • May send representatives to speak/present prizes/awards/etc. at conference
    • This will be coordinated with NSSNA Executive Board
  • Need to Include 2 in Partnership Agreement:
    • Donation of $500.00
      • To be used for scholarships, conventions, awards, etc. (recognition will be given appropriately)
    •  Lunch & Learn
      • Event for NSSNA members to come tour, network, and learn about your facility and company/organization
    • Give-away Prize for the Convention
      • This can include a prize or a basket of items to be given away as a prize to a convention attendee
    • Discount to NSSNA Members
      • A discount for any merchandise sold by your company with a created code or coupon to be given
    • Match Funds from a Fundraiser
      • Your company/organization will match every dollar raised from a fundraiser completed by the NSSNA

Sponsors/Sponsorships:

• This is an opportunity to sponsor awards, door/convention prizes, speakers, focus sessions, etc. Each level of sponsorship comes with certain involvement and form of advertisement. The convention booklet will be available in 8 ½” x 11” with your advertisement included in the sponsors section. All advertisements can be full color or black and white and must be received READY to place into the convention booklet. Via email and pdf format is preferred. All levels of sponsorship will be announced at convention and printed on a dedicated page in the convention booklet that indicates the exhibitors name and amount and level of sponsorship. With the generosity of your contributions, we are able to continue to provide an educational and worthwhile convention for all!

      • May send representatives to present awards/prizes/etc. (that was coordinated with the NSSNA Executive Board)
  • Gold Level Sponsor:
    • Cost: $150.00
    • Includes:
      • Company logo presented on the website in the sponsor’s section
      • Company logo presented on the convention merchandise
      • A ½ page advertisement in the convention booklet
  • Silver Level Sponsor:
    • Cost: $100.00
    • Includes:
      • Company logo presented on the website in sponsor’s section
      • A ½  page advertisement in the convention booklet
  • Bronze Level Sponsor:

Donors/Donations:

• This is an opportunity to donate to the NSSNA members through monetary or item donations. Becoming a donor will include an announcement at the annual state convention and an advertisement/company logo on the website and in the convention booklet. The convention booklet will be available in 8 ½” x 11” with your advertisement included in the donors section with company/organization name & information, plus amount or item donated. All advertisements can be full color or black and white and must be received READY to place into the convention booklet. Via email and pdf format is preferred. With the generosity of your contributions, we are able to continue to provide an educational and worthwhile convention for all!

    • Will make a item/prize donation of your company/organization’s choice
    • Ideas: a basket of company merchandise, meal for the convention, a scholarship to be given to a nursing student, supplies for convention (coordinated with the NSSNA Executive Board), etc.
      
      • Need to coordinate with NSSNA Executive Board to pick up from company/organization 
  • Ruby Level Donor:
    
    • Will make a monetary donation of your company/organization’s choice
      
      • Made via written check (made out to the Nebraska State Student Nurses Association) or online payment linked on the website
