2025 Customer Service Training Application
The Customer Service Training is a two-week course exclusive to Clayton County high school graduates (class of 2025) who are eager to jumpstart their careers in the customer service industry. This program equips participants with essential skills to succeed in dynamic, customer-facing roles, while also offering valuable hands-on experience in real-world scenarios. Participants will also engage in interactive role-playing exercises and hear directly from local employers looking to hire. Upon program completion, participants will be well-prepared to excel in a variety of customer service positions, from retail to call centers, and will have the foundation needed for long-term career growth. This program is a college certified program and tuition is FREE! Please complete and submit the application by May 9, 2025. *A completed application must include the upload of all requested documents for eligibility.
