Registration

The total quantity of registrations (Early, Regular, Child) should equal the number of people you listed as attending.

Meals & Dietary Restrictions

*If you have specific dietary restrictions not met with the choices on the order form:

1. Select the meal options that state "Dietary Restrictions".
2. Then contact Camille Bell at events@seeley-society.org to arrange appropriate meal options.

Form Completion & Payment

Click on the payment option you wish to complete your registration.  You will be sent a receipt outlining what you paid for.

CLICK ON THE BOX to the left of the item title on the form below to select items you want to add. Then, add the quantities you are registering for or ordering (1 is the default).
