Bronze Award Final Review Logo
  • Bronze Award Final Report

The Girl Scout Bronze Award is the highest award a Junior can earn. The minimum time needed to complete this award is 20 hours per Girl Scout. Congratulations for leading your Troop through the process of earning their first high award! Girls who earn the Bronze Award are more likely to earn Silver, and then their Gold Awards.
  • This form is designed to be completed by the Adult troop volunteer with input from the troop. The troop volunteer will receive an email confirmation of this form.

The Bronze Award is NOT Council-Approved. It is a TROOP LEADER APPROVED award. Once the form is completed you will receive an email of congratulations from council staff. Troop volunteers can purchase Bronze Award Pins from any GSHG Shop by sharing that email with Shop personnel.

If you are a Juliette or do not have a troop, this form can be completed by the Parent/Guardian who helped you complete the project.

Only one form needs to be completed per project.

Remember to keep a copy of this report for your records.

PLEASE NOTE: If this form is not completed, the Bronze Award WILL NOT be added to the Girl Scout's Achievement Records.

Deadline to complete the Bronze Award: September 30th after the completion of the 5th grade. (Girl Scouts can technically be a Cadette/in the 6th grade upon completion of the form if prior to September 30th).

To be recognized in the council's annual Highest Awards Ceremonies in May, the form must be received by March 31.
