This agreement confirms your contribution to the 40 Acres Smart Lot Fundraiser. Your donation will directly support the pilot Smart Lot project in Detroit's District 2, helping fund: Site prep and lot leveling

A 3D-printed commemorative token (physical and digital) Updates on construction milestones Priority access to Smart Lot investment tiers Acknowledgment in public-facing campaign materials (optional) First access to DAO participation and rewards upon token launch
Donor Guarantee: We commit that:
85% of your donation goes toward project development and launch operations. 15% of your investment goes towards the Scaling of the 40 Acres App to make it the best application for the community! You will be notified via email of all major build phases, token releases, and investment updates. If the lot is not activated or your donation is not applied within 12 months, you may request a redirection to another Detroit-based project within the 40 Acres
Signature & Acknowledgment: By signing below, you acknowledge this donation is made in good faith and that you understand the purpose, benefits, and structure of the 40 Acres Smart Lot project.
Contribution: $150 – $999 Benefits: • Physical & digital 3D-printed commemorative token • Monthly construction milestone updates • Name listed as a Founding Builder on the 40 Acres site • Early access to Learn2Earn workshops • Invitation to weekly onboarding calls and open houses
Contribution: $1,000 – $4,999All Tier 1 benefits, plus: • Revenue share from Smart Lot business activity • Option to vote on what businesses or features are placed in the lot • Featured acknowledgment in BRICK x BLOCK event materials • Priority DAO voting rights on pilot lot operations • Access to early partner perks and giveaways
Contribution: $5,000 – $9,999 All Tier 2 benefits, plus: • Co-ownership title of physical asset via smart contract (shared) • Exclusive quarterly Founders Roundtable invite • 3D-printed Smart Lot model mailed with QR link to wallet + ownership token • Naming opportunity for part of the Smart Lot (e.g. plaza, walkway, classroom) • Early access to purchase business or vendor space in future lots
Contribution: $10,000+All Tier 3 benefits, plus: • Designation as a Legacy Partner or Benefactor • Custom AI-generated report on their impact + future value • Featured in investor relations materials and pitch decks • Option to license or co-brand part of the lot • Direct invite to join the 40 Acres Advisory Circle • Lifetime membership in the Detroit Bitcoin Reserve Membership
