By organizing an independent event to benefit the Art League of Ocean City, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:Independent Event Status – Your event is not sponsored, organized, or managed by Art League of Ocean City. You assume full responsibility for planning, promoting, and executing your event. Liability & Risk – Art League of Ocean City is not responsible for any injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your event. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Art League of Ocean City, its employees, board members, and volunteers from any claims related to the event. Use of Name & Branding – While you may state that proceeds from your event will benefit Art League of Ocean City, you may not present the event as being hosted by Art League of Ocean City or use its logo without prior written approval. Financial Responsibility – You are solely responsible for all expenses related to your event. Any donations or proceeds intended for Art League of Ocean City must be submitted within 7 days following the event. Compliance with Laws – You agree to conduct your event in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining any necessary permits or insurance. By proceeding with your event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
