Welcome to the 45th Annual Airstream Club Rose Parade Rally! This rally takes place in Pasadena, CA just a short distance from our reserved grandstand seats on Colorado Blvd. Parking for this rally is in a fenced parking lot, with access to indoor flush toilets and sink, but no showers. It is a dry camping rally with no access to additional water, dumping or electricity, but you may bring your generator to use at designated times. The rally fee of $750 covers a parking spot for one Airstream with two people, two grandstand tickets, and one program. Also Included are 3 breakfasts, coffee and/or tea each morning and 2 dinners.

A $100 deposit is due within 2 weeks of registering. Your registration is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Registration will close on October 3, 2026.

The balance of the Rally Fee will be due by October 8, 2026.

You may cancel your reservation up until November 1, 2026. After that point we will approach our wait list to attempt to fill your spot, but if we are unable to fill it from the wait list, it will be your responsibility to find a replacement.

ZELLE - Go to your bank's online website or app and send your payment in the amount due to rose-parade-rally. Please pay within 24 hrs of submitting your registration or your site may be released.Check - The email you receive when you've submitted this form will give you the address of where to send your check. Please send it within 2 days of your registration.

Note: Zelle is the preferred payment method. For ZELLE payments, you will be using a Zelle tag of rose-parade-rally instead of an email address to send money for the Rose Parade. If you have questions about using ZELLE for your rally payment, please email our Treasurer, Sally MacDonald at sallymacairstreamclub@gmail.com.

REFUND POLICY

If the parade gets cancelled, we will cancel the rally and we’ll refund your full registration fee. If you have to cancel, no rally or reserved seat refund can be made after November 1 unless we can fill your spot using names from a wait list. If we are unable to fill your spot from the wait list, it will be your responsibility to find a replacement.

It’s very important for us to receive these accurate details to park you appropriately within the event. Having your vehicle license numbers helps us monitor the vehicles in our parking area to make sure there aren’t people parking in our rally space who aren’t in our group.

When you're done, Click Submit to send your reservation to the Registrar. Be sure to mail your check to secure your Rose Parade Airstream Rally reservation.

We will send you a confirmation email when we receive your registration form and your deposit.
