Parent on Site & Staff Assistant Committment

We acknowledge that by our signatures below we have enrolled our student(s) in M.O.R.E of Baltimore Homeschool Co-op classes indicated on the the attached Class Selection section above for the 2024/2025 school year. Furthermore, by enrolling our student(s), we agree to participate in M.O.R.E. of Baltimore as Parent Volunteers or Parent Instructors for the required number of service shifts and to serve on at least one Committee. We understand that if we are unable to fulfill one of our service responsibilities due to unforeseen circumstances, we must find a replacement and notify M.O.R.E. of Baltimore Administration. We also understand that failing to commit to serving as a Parent Volunteer or Tutor/Instructor and a Committee member will result in your student(s) being immediately disenrolled from M.O.R.E of Baltimore.

As part of your commitment to the program, parents are required to join a Parent Committee (listed above) to help support and enhance our homeschool experience.Volunteer 10 Hours Per Year – Parents are required to volunteer at least 10 hours annually in roles such as: Teacher Assistant, Front Desk Support, Cafeteria Assistant, Recess Assistant, or other duties. If the volunteer requirement is not met, families agree to pay $20 per unworked hour, up to a maximum of $200 per year.

Refund Policy

At M.O.R.E of Baltimore, we carefully plan our classes based on enrollment, and tuition helps us secure top-quality instructors and resources for our students. While we understand that circumstances may change, our refund policy reflects our commitment to maintaining a sustainable and high-quality program.
• Before Classes Begin: If a parent chooses to disenroll before the first day of class, they are eligible for a 100% refund.
• First Four Weeks (Through September 30): If a parent disenrolls within the first four weeks of class, they will receive a 50% refund, as their child’s spot was reserved, and resources were allocated.
• After October 1: No refunds will be issued, as tuition is used to cover instructor salaries, class materials, and operational costs.
Exceptions: In rare and extenuating circumstances (such as a documented medical issue or family relocation), M.O.R.E may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Late Pick-up Fee

If you are late picking up your child, M.O.R.E of Baltimore reserves the right to charge you a $1/minute late fee for each minute you are late after 2:30pm. This charge will be added to your monthly tuition bill.

Program Enrollment Terms & Parent Agreement

Please note that M.O.R.E of Baltimore reserves the right to cancel individual or multiple classes if the minimum number of students required per subject is not met. In addition to completing this Enrollment Form, each parent or guardian is required to review and sign the M.O.R.E of Baltimore Policies and Procedures document, which will be sent electronically prior to the first day of the academich year. Your signature below indicates your understanding and agreement to abide by these guidelines. Failure to sign the Policies and Procedures may result in the immediate disenrollment of your child from our program.

Release of Liability | Permission to Secure Treatment

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend M.O.R.E of Baltimore Homeschool and its officers, agents, volunteers and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, damages, and losses sustained by me or my minor child arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with the activities of the program(s).

In the event of any emergency, I authorize M.O.R.E of Baltimore Homeschool to secure from any licensed hospital, physician and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for me or my minor child's immediate care and
agree that I will be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered.

Homeschool Status Disclaimer

M.O.R.E of Baltimore is not a homeschool review organization and does not serve as a homeschool umbrella. We are a support and enrichment program designed to supplement—not replace—your homeschool instruction. As the parent or guardian, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your homeschool is in full compliance with state regulations, including registering with a recognized homeschool reviewer or umbrella organization. By enrolling in M.O.R.E of Baltimore, you acknowledge that you are ultimately responsible for providing consistent, thorough instruction in core subjects such as English, math, science, social studies, art, music, health, and physical education. You are also responsible for maintaining a portfolio of your child’s work for review by your designated homeschool reviewer or umbrella program.

Payment Requirement

To secure your child’s spot in our program, a $150, non-refundable Pre-Enrollment fee must be paid before July 30, 2025, through our secure third-party payment system, STRIPE. Keep in mind, SPACE IS LIMITED!

Additionally, the full tuition balance is due no later than September 5, 2025. Once the Pre-Enrollment fee and registration form are submitted, an invoice for the remaining Tuition will be sent promptly.
