Cleveland Justis, MBA, PhD, leads the Executive Leadership Program at University of California, Davis. He founded Potrero Group in 2011 and has worked with hundreds of boards since then. Justis served on numerous boards including the Headlands Institute, Net Impact, and the Marin Community Foundation where he also served as Chair.

Susan S. Boren, MBA, is the board chair of NatureBridge and a lifetime board member at Minnesota Public Radio who has served on numerous nonprofit and corporate boards. She was partner and board member in Spencer Stuart's CEO and Board Leadership practice and a senior executive with Target Corporation. She currently serves on the Charitable Foundation of the Islands Board in Sanibel.
