Access is subscription-based and requires an internet connection and a compatible device (e.g., Fire TV, Android TV, mobile, iMPlayer). We do not own or claim rights to the channels, content, or trademarks referenced. 2. Subscriptions & Billing Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the plan you select (Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month, Yearly, or Business). All fees are non-refundable once a subscription is active. Trials (if offered) automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends. Prices and plans are subject to change; however, you will always be notified in advance. 3. Connections & Usage Each subscription includes a set number of active connections (1–5 for Household Plans, 10+ for Business Plans). Sharing accounts outside of your household or business is not permitted. One stream per connection is allowed at a time. Exceeding this may result in suspension. 4. Cancellations & Refunds You may cancel anytime through your account portal or by contacting support. Because this is a digital service, refunds are not guaranteed once a plan is active. Refund requests will be reviewed case by case. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund. 5. Content Availability Channel and content availability may vary. Certain premium networks (e.g., Showtime) may not always be available on live TV playlists. If shows are carried, they can be accessed in the Movies or TV Shows (VOD) section. AcquiredTV does not guarantee permanent access to any specific channel or event. 6. Device & Technical Requirements Users are responsible for ensuring their device and internet speed are suitable for streaming. Recommended internet speed: minimum 25 Mbps for HD/4K streaming. Technical support is available during posted support hours. 7. Business Plans Business accounts (shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, etc.) require a Business Tier subscription. Custom pricing is available for setups requiring 11+ connections. 8. Limitation of Liability AcquiredTV is not liable for outages, internet issues, or device malfunctions outside our control. We do not endorse or guarantee third-party apps, devices, or hosting services. Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 9.
