As an advocate for the arts, you understand the profound role creativity plays in shaping culture, fostering dialogue and building community.
We invite you to join a new initiative for Suncoast Black Arts Collaborative called The Affinity Circle of Patrons, Champions, and Sponsors. This initiative is designed to uplift and support economic prosperity for emerging, professional and exhibiting artists of color. By creating dynamic partnerships between visionary and progressive connections, this initiative aims to break barriers, nurture authenticity, and foster transformative connections across regional and cultural communities.
Through the development of the Affinity Circle, SBAC anticipates creating sustainable outcome that will support artists of color and enhance and enlarge their presence within the community. This includes continued development and successful Art Innovations Zone Exhibitions, as well as SBAC's sister programs "Stepping Stones" which brings business education to our artists and areas that they are as unfamiliar with such as, financial, legal, marketing and communications, strategic planning and brand building.
In America we are experiencing an intensity of divisive moment taken against race and culture. Therefore, as a community we must protect the arts as a rich part of American history, joy and celebration.
We believe your interest in Suncoast Black Arts Collaborative demonstrates and is essential as a unique influence and passion for the arts.
