1. Lessor, in consideration of the lessee paying the current rental fee for the bunk space(s), agrees to lease to Lessee said bunk space(s) in the Rock Island Combine Railroad Car #1094 (Car The lease shall begin on the date the bunk space(s) is reserved (Beginning Dated) and shall terminate at the end of the lease period (Ending Date
2.The lease shall begin at 4:00 PM on the Beginning Date and shall end at 1:00 PM on the Ending Date.
3. Quite hours in the Car are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM the next day.
4. Lessee agrees to pay for any damage done to the Car by the Lessee and agrees to leave the bunk, seating, and dining area in a clean and neat condition when vacating the Car.
5. Lessee acknowledges that Lessor will provide only a bunk and a foam mattress with vinyl cover for sleeping. It is the responsibility of Lessee to supply any additional bedding, pillows, sheets, blankets or sleeping bag for the bunk. and any food, beverages, and eating utensils for use in the dining area. All food and personal property of the lessee shall be removed on the Ending Date.
6. If space is available in the Restoration Department's refrigerator, located at the north end of the car, the Lessee may store food and beverage in it during the lease period.
7. There shall be no cooking in the Car, except the Lessee shall be able to use the toaster and microwave oven located in the north end of the car, if any, to heat food.
8. Lessee may use the heater or air conditioner, if any, located in the car to control the temperature in the car to a normal level but shall turn off such appliances when the Car is not occupied.
9. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor harmless of and from any and all claims of any kind or nature arising out of Lessee's use of the Car pursuant to this lease and further agrees to pay any and all legal expenses, including reasonable attorney fees incurred by Lessor with respect to any such claims.
