Welcome to The Competitive Edge – Hitting + Mindset Program (Inner Edge)

 This 4-week small group training program is built for serious youth baseball players (ages 11–14) who want to sharpen their swing, compete with purpose, and build the mindset to lead- on and off the field 

Includes:

• One 60-minute in-person cage session each week

• Occational 30-minute live Zoom call focused on mindset, leadership, and preparation

• Duos (2 players per session)

• Led by former MLB players Jason Martin, Bradley Zimmer, and James Jones

• Starts First Tuesday of Each Month

• Total cost: $325 or Recurring payment of $300/month

Jason Martin is a former Major League Baseball outfielder who turned his passion for the game into a purpose-driven mission to develop the next generation of ballplayers—on and off the field. After reaching the highest level of the game, Jason now pours his experience into helping athletes grow in skill, mindset, and character. As the founder of Competitive Edge, he’s dedicated to building players who dominate between the lines and lead above them.

James Jones

Competitive Edge | Former MLB Outfielder

James Jones a unique perspective to the program with experience at the highest level as a big league outfielder and a successful transition into professional pitching. After reaching the majors as a position player, James spent six additional years on the mound, giving him a rare two-way understanding of the game. He now serves as a mental performance coach in the Texas Rangers organization, and his passion for leadership, mindset, and player development makes him an invaluable voice for our athletes both on and off the field.
