Located on the Venetian Canal with access to Lake Maitland and the Winter Park Chain of Lakes, this 5,200 sq. ft. custom home is currently under construction — and you're invited to experience it from the inside out. Please note: This is an active job site. Hardhats and closed-toed shoes are required. Must be 16+ years or older. Tours are available by appointment only.
