Facilities
1. Daily Grass Field Setup & Pack-up – Set up tech benches, dugouts, gazebos, and fenced areas.
Time: 2 hours (morning & evening)
People Needed: 2+ (more hands make light work!)
2. Amenities Maintenance – Keep all amenities clean throughout the championships.
Time: 1 hour, 3 times per day
People Needed: 1-2
3. Rubbish Collection – Daily collection in the morning, lunchtime, and evening.
Time: 1-2 hours, 2 times per day
People Needed: 1-2
4. Training Room & Watering – Maintain training rooms and assist with watering cycles between games.
Time: All day
People Needed: 1-2
5. Clubhouse/Canteen Cleanup – Clean grandstands and public spaces (hosing/blowing).
Time: 2-3 hours after hours
People Needed: 1
Catering & Beverages
1. BBQ Stand – Help run the clubhouse BBQ.
Time: Various
People Needed: Many!
2. Pop-up Lunch Stall – Assist with running a daily lunch stall.
Time: 3 hours per day
People Needed: 1-2 per day
3. Beer Garden – Stock and manage a pop-up beer garden (RSA required).
Time: Liquor license & demand dependent
People Needed: 2 per shift
Health & Wellbeing
1. Massage Services – Source professionals for pre/post-game massages and assist with setup.
Time: Varied
People Needed: Varied
2. First Aid & Hydration – Ensure ice and water stations are stocked.
Time: During games
