    Please note that all food vendors are welcome to bring their own generators. Difference in price between powered and non powered comes down to the cost to the committee in hiring and running generators for the day.

  • All applications are subject to approval from the Teebar Show & Sports Association. Successful applicants will be advised by email.

    SITE DETAILS

    Stallholders must supply own equipment and all electrical equipment must be tested and tagged with a current tag. Powerboards must have safety cut-out switches.

    All stall site money must be paid to Teebar Show and Sports by 31 May 2025.

    INSURANCE
    Stallholders must provide proof of a Public Liability Insurance Policy. A Certificate of Currency or Schedule of Insurance must be provided within 14 days of application.

    HEALTH LICENCE – Food Vendors Only
    Please provide your current Council Food Hygiene Licence Number. A copy must be submitted within 30 days of this application and displayed on site at the event.
