Referee's Coaching Form Submission

Important Information for Match Coaches/Assessors

Coaching reports will be sent to the GDFRA Referees Technical Department. They should be submitted no later than the Wednesday of each week after the matches are assessed. KMI's should be submitted to the TSC Chairman and the Assessment and Mentoring Coordinator no later than Monday following the match.

Fourth Official reports are only required for X League 1 Matches. Assistant Referee’s reports are required for every match unless otherwise requested.
Attach manual form(s) and files such as a Running Sheet, video clips, incident images, etc.
