Exhibitor would be given below quantity of Exhibitor Badges. All on-site staff of exhibitor MUST wear the Exhibitor badge, or else no admission is allowed. 每個展位/光地將獲發以下數量的參展商證。展覽期間各參展商必須於進場及在攤位當值時佩帶主辦單位所印製之認可參展商證，否則一概不獲准進場。

For exhibitor badge printing and production, please provide the names of personnel who will work in your booth. Exhibitor Badges are for exhibitors and booth personnel only. Please do NOT apply this badge for your customers or booth contractors. For security purpose, all exhibitors must wear Exhibitor Badges to enter the Exhibition Hall. Each 9 sq.m. booth will entitle 5 badges while each exhibitor can get a maximum of 25 badges.
請各參展商提供攤位工作人員名單，以便主辦單位編印參展商證。參展商證只供參展商及其工作人員使用，請勿替客戶或承建商申請此證。基於安全理由，所有展商的工作人員必須配戴參展商證才能進入展覽場地。每個9平方公尺展位最多可獲5個參展商證，而每位參展商最多可獲25個參展商證。

 
*If the organizer does not receive this form from the exhibitors by the stated deadline, those 05 pcs exhibitor badges will only be printed in either Chinese or English of the company name according to the booth application form.
Exhibitors may apply for extra exhibitor badges latest by 27 May 2025  ; Each Extra exhibitor badge would be HKD $40. 
如主辦單位於上述截止日期前仍未收到此表格，該參展商證件上只會印上展位申請表中所填寫的中文或英文公司名稱及派發之數量最多可獲05個參展商證。
參展商最晚可於 2025 年 5 月 27 日前申請額外的參展商證；每個額外參展商證為 HKD $40。

1. Each Individual is entitled to have 1 badge, with the requirement that each badge must be registered to the applicant's business/personal email. Due to the restriction of the badge-printing system, same email address cannot be used for multiple badges.
每位參展的工作人員可申請一張參展商證，必須提供公司或個人電子郵箱綁定。由於系統限制，不能使用相同的電子郵箱地址。

2. Name shown on Exhibitor Badge will be ENGLISH only. If you would like to use your Chinese Name, please type in the PINYIN version (e.g. If your surname is 李, please type Lee/Li)

Remarks 備註 :

- Please settle all booth rental payment before collecting badges. 領證前請先付清所有參展費用。 

- Exhibitors can collect the Exhibitor Badges upon registration at the Exhibitor Registration Counter during the move-in period/ 4th June 2025. 參展商可於佈展期間到展商登記處領取「參展商證」。
