Electronic Vehicle Pass 電子上落貨車許可證

Electronic Vehicle Pass is issued by Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre for use of van or truck only that requires usage of loading dock to unload / load cargo of exhibits. Each Vehicle Pass is for single entry only. Electronic Vehicle passes have to be used with the “Go HKCEC” App. For the details of using the e-vehicle pass(es), please refer to the email sent by Organizer.
電子上落貨車許可證由香港會議展覽中心發出，只供需要使用上落貨區卸下/裝載展品的貨車或輕型貨車使用。每張車輛通行證僅供單次進入。電子上落貨車許可證必須配合
「Go HKCEC」應用程式使用。使用電子上落貨車許可證的詳情，請參閱大會發出的電郵。

Exhibitors must fill-in the following form to purchase additional Vehicle Passes from the Organizer in advance.
如需要額外上落貨車許可證，必須填妥以下表格向主辦單位申請。

《Additional Exhibitor Badge Application 申請額外參展商證》
基於安全理由，所有展商的工作人員必須配戴參展商證才能進入展覽場地。每個9平方公尺展位最多可獲5個參展商證，如需額外參展商證，請填寫此表格向主辦單位申請額外參展商證，而每位參展商最多可獲25個參展商證。

For security purpose, all exhibitors must wear Exhibitor Badges to enter the Exhibition Hall. Each 9 sq.m. booth will entitle 5 badges. If exhibitor needs additional exhibitor badge, Exhibitor should fill in this following form to apply for ADDITIONAL Exhibitor Badge from the Organizer in advance. Each exhibitor can receive a maximum of 25 badges.

參展商可填妥以下表格，向主辦單位申請額外參展商獲發之工作證。

Exhibitors can fill in the following form to apply for ADDITIONAL Exhibitor Badge(s) from the Organizer in advance.

**Please be noted an extra fee of HK$40 will be charged for each Exhibitor Badge.
**請注意，額外每張參展商證將收取港幣$40費用。

*參展商證上顯示的公司名稱只可選擇中文或英文名稱，中文一行最多顯示15個字（包括文字、數字及空格），英文一行最多顯示28個字（包括字母、數字及空格），如超過此數目的公司名稱將會分兩行顯示。
Company name on exhibitor badge will be displayed in either Chinese or English. A maximum length of 15 Chinese characters (including words, numbers and space) OR 28 English characters (including alphabets, numbers and space) can be displayed in one row of each Exhibitor Badge. Any company names exceeding this limit will be printed in two rows.

備註 Remarks:
- 領證前請先付清所有參展費用。 Please settle all booth rental payment before collecting badges.
- 參展商可於佈展期間到展商登記處領取「參展商證」。 Exhibitors can collect the Exhibitor Badges upon registration at the Exhibitor Registration Counter during the move-in period.

1. Each Individual is entitled to have 1 badge, with the requirement that each badge must be registered to the applicant's business/personal email. Due to the restriction of the badge-printing system, same email address cannot be used for multiple badges.
每位參展的工作人員可申請一張參展商證，必須提供公司或個人電子郵箱綁定。由於系統限制，不能使用相同的電子郵箱地址。

2. Name shown on Exhibitor Badge will be ENGLISH only. If you would like to use your Chinese Name, please type in the PINYIN version (e.g. If your surname is 李, please type Lee/Li)
參展商證上顯示的姓名僅限英文。如果您想使用中文姓名，請輸入拼音版本 (例如：如果您的姓為李，請輸入 Lee/Li)

Points to note for Filling in Badge Information 填寫注意事項:
